Logo needs work.

The logo is too hard to make out. I didn't even know what it said until I read the title of your picture. The B-A-R in the logo look more like S-P-Q.

The characters you have look more like the bad guys than the good guys. Especially the dude on the left, he looks more like a main villain than anything else, and the other guy looks like his sidekick. A few changes to the armor shoulder pieces and the weapons they are holding should correct that, and also the main facial features of the left guy would also help to be changed to not look so main villain-like.

Sorry that I couldn't give you a big huge praise review, but this is my honest opinion when I first saw it. I'm only trying to help. What you have there is nice, but I feel it's far from the actual goal, something needs to change.

Don't do it this way.

I don't think many will enjoy artwork that so boldly and forcefully tries to get a message across. It just comes at the viewer like a brick to the face. IMO, it's hardly even artwork when it does that sort of thing, and more just becomes something else. The message should be somewhat hidden, so that if a person does come across it, it's from their own imagination and not forced.

Viewers should enjoy the art they see, and in order to ensure that, you shouldn't be forcing a message across. It's risky because not everyone will see things the way you do.

Also, what if the person doesn't smoke at all? Do they have to chose a side and start doing something they haven't done before? This is just a small example as to why this kind of art is a bad idea.

Ok I've just been experimenting with propaganda towards smoking medical marijuana, there is all kinds of commercials going against it and most of them make some pretty bold statements just like this one is.
Obviously you didn't get the point, which is that what's legal kills you, and what is illegal is being used for medical purposes, which is the exact opposite, I'm not trying to make anyone smoke, if I did it would be clear, it's just that people aren't doing enough about the situation.
Maybe instead of attacking this picture saying its a bad idea maybe you should have looked deeper like you said, cuz obviously you didn't no matter how much you think you did. Not trying to be a dick but you are way off.

Don't worry about the score

Never worry about the score, only worry about reviews, and only focus on the honest critique (which may not always be pleasant). Keep those things in mind and life as an artist is a lot easier. I could give suggestions, but I dunno if you want to hear it.. Just keep drawing, and you'll be fine. Don't worry about things that don't matter, like score.

Doesn't mentoin or credit the original artist

This is a copy of an original artwork. The artist here does not mentoin that he used
Bye Bye Mr. Moon and copied it (but badly). The fact that this person is still denying it after so many people have claimed this, suggests he is an art thief.

I strongly dislike people who try to hide when they copy another artist's drawing. It's very frowned upon, especially when you try to hide the fact that you did it. You should only copy from real people/objects and not artwork, otherwise it's not really your work, it's just your copying of another person's work and you deserve little credit for it.

Try again, and please don't copy other people's work and not mention it. It just makes you look like a jerk.

What's the point? Yes, I see the meaning you are trying to tell us, but why bother? This kind of art is bad because it's not really needed to be so blatant. It is also rather dull and there's no mystery in it. Good art comes from good concept. Bad art comes from bad concept. This is a bad concept. People like mystery, not just blatant messages trying to teach them lessons in life or politics. The art of yours that I do like are the ones that are just pictures, and not the ones that are trying to teach moral lessons or politics. I suggest you move away from those, as they just seem rather annoying, as if you think you are better than us, the ones who supposedly don't know these things that you are trying to shove into our faces.

This is just friendly advice, so please don't take it the wrong way.

I've also gotten some very positive comments about this one (mostly off-Newgrounds), so I have to conclude that some people like this kind of thing and some don't.

(actually, the only negative comments I've gotten have been on Newgrounds)
