Very wonderful music

The music is what really sells this for me. Whoever made the music, great job. The rest is good too. This is obviously inspired by the Banjo Kazooie puzzle mini game though. I liked the bunny story the most.

Banjo Kazooie????? Never owned the game and play it enough to know how this was inspired through it. I dont know its inspired. Just a coincidence!!!!!

Bad controlls. Left handed control scheme=evil

A good control scheme is one that can be changed, or is more common to what your typical gamer would use because that gamer already uses it in most other games on their computer. Left handed controls are usually a bad idea because most people who already play computer games will be used to using the left hand to move the guy and not make actions. It's also bad to have jump on the same hand that does the moving, it just is not natural and should be a button on the opposite hand. One hand does actions, other does movements. Jump is an action.

Music is alright, but it doesn't loop properly.

Graphics are also nice.. Just please fix the controls.

Good idea but.

While the game is good, and controls are nice, I didn't really like the music and feel you could have chosen a better remix or made a better remix of the song. Half a game is the music, so don't neglect it.

Also once or twice the guy seriously just fell into the blocks and counted as a death.

This is a great game, but I feel if you at least changed the music it would be so much better.

Very cool concept

This is so cool. I like how everything in the game is related to the song we hear. I especially liked how everything pauses in the game on level 3 when the drums stop. That's a very nice touch.

Nanaka crash rip off.... But a good one

Seeing as I played that flash in 2006 (Do a search for Nanaka Crash, you will see I am not lying), and this is from 2009, I'd have to say it's very likely you got the idea from that flash.

However, this game is far better in mechanics and graphics as well as sound. Good job on the game itself. Not so good on not letting people know where you got the idea from.

Good concept, bad controls

As much as I'd love to just blindly follow the fame, I'm going to have to state my true and honest opinion. The game itself, and the concept are truly great, so I definitely can't complain there. The controls however, are just rather stuff and clunky, and its very annoying to have to hit the key and hope I didn't mess up hitting it at exactly the right time without getting confused.

I hate games that use the asdw keys because these keys are usually the movement keys, and gamers like me want to use these to move, not to jump and do other things.

Sure, after time I get used to games that use these keys for other purposes, but the part that still sucks in this game, is times I will hit A to change dimensions, but the guy's movement from my previous jump is altered, thus causing me do die as a result. This is clearly noticeable in the stage where the bridge across the spikes that disappeared if you stayed in the other dimension too long. When you jump and try to change dimensions, it gets screwy and you die and die until you get lucky and the game's mechanics decide to agree with you.

SO my main advice is:
Allow an option to change the controls, because left handed schemes are evil.
Tighten up the game mechanics so screwy flaws don't turn the game into a chore.

Otherwise, great game you have here.

Better than the rest.

This is better than the rest of the avoid games I've seen lately. It's actually fun to play and doesn't have any flaws. I really liked it. Good stuff.

Pretty bad.

Even the tutorial is glitchy and doesn't work. You should probably have other people help check your games to make sure they aren't full of flaws before you release them. At least they aren't Blamed. But then again, now you have to see everyone tell you how bad they are.

Just try again, and maybe test things before you release it?

It's alright.

Pretty obvious trick you've used though. Probably need more to it before people figure the "secret" out pretty fast.

Arrows don't match the songs very well.

The arrows simply don't match up the notes of the songs enough to actually feel like you are playing the actual song. You need to remake pretty much all the arrows so they are in sync. Use smaller note durations at the correct time to give it the feel of the song. Tou don't have to plop a whole bunch more in there, you just have to move the ones you have or just redo it.

This is coming from a hardcore DDR and Guitar Hero player.

Good attempt, but you need work in order for somebody like me to like this.

Sorry I couldn't rate this any higher, but this is my true feeling. If you fixed the arrows being on sync, this has potential to be a 4.5/5 IMO.
